Who We Are

Orion Home Care was founded in 2024, by John Adams. John is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the state of Alabama.

John began his career in the healthcare field as a Physical Therapist Assistant in 2007, where he specialized in geriatric rehabilitation.

He worked in the non-medical home care and hospice industries as a marketing representative, from 2012-2015.

In 2015, he began working at a skilled nursing facility, as the Director of Social Services, where he excelled at discharge planning and helping senior citizens and their families utilize community resources and ensured that rehab patients had a safe and successful discharge.

He then went on to become the Nursing Home Administrator at that same skilled nursing facility and led the facility through COVID and the staffing crisis that followed.

John is excited to bring his knowledge and expertise of geriatric care to a new resident population!
